More and more adults and children nowadays are overweight or obese, even though there is plenty of useful and accurate advice on how to avoid or reverse it. Once you have charted out your fitness plan and discussed the same with the doctor you should get started. Start step by step on your plan and proceed in a steady manner. Losing weight is a scientific and mathematical formula though the actions required to achieve it are, planned exercise and reduced calorie intake.
This is the only road to safe and effective weight loss. When you plan each step carefully and then implement each step over a reasonable period of time, you will be able to reach your weight and fitness goals and turn it into a lifetime of fitness.
